Washing machine and wringer, on payment, are available in the common laundry zone. telephone and television set are not supplied.

The one room flats (sq.m. 28/30), have single bed, sofa, desk.
The two rooms flats, have a day room with kitchen, bathroom and wide bed-room.
The Three rooms flats consist of two double rooms, wide day area with kitchen and double services.
Two and three room flats have the ledge.
