We are in the “Manifattura delle Arti” lively quarter, which includes the tobacco factory, now base of City’s Film Library, the “Mulino Tamburi” paper mill, now base of the University’s Department of Communication Sciences and the “11 September” Park.

It is in strategic position to reach the central railway station, the fair quarter, the Sant’Ursula hospital, the “Rizzoli” Orthopaedic institutes and of the General Hospital.
