The guestrooms are situated within a Nineteenth-century building, which was deeply renovated in a more functional way without nevertheless losing the artistic aspects of the so called piano nobile where, in some of the rooms, you can still admire the original frescoes.

The building is located in a very strategic place, very near to ROMA TERMINI railway station, thus not that far on foot from the most important historical monuments and the city centre. The guestrooms Sapienza are very near to the Sapienza University as well, which you can reach easily on foot.
Indeed, the guestrooms are meant to meet the needs for temporary hospitality of professors, researchers, technical and administrative staff of the University, and also guests from other Italian or foreign Universities visiting the Sapienza, as well as students, postdoctoral researchers, and scholarship holders of the Sapienza University or of other working positions relating to the institutional field.
